Processing Time
All items are made to order just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, packaged, and shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once it’s on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately at no additional cost.

Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, email jasmine@thisandthatbiz.com within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee address changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier first to file a claim, then email us so we can assist further.
