Made to order
Every item is printed just for you when you order it. This helps us reduce waste and keep prices fair.
Returns & exchanges
Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference. Please double-check our size chart before purchasing.
Damages, defects, or wrong item
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us at jasmine@thisandthatbiz.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll replace the item or refund you.
Order changes & cancellations
We start production very quickly. If you need to cancel or update your address/size, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Return address
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If a return is required for inspection, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.
Undeliverable / incorrect addresses
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped to a corrected address at the customer’s expense.
Color & size tolerance
Minor color variation may occur due to different screens and print runs. Garment measurements can vary by up to ±1 inch.
Refunds
For approved claims, refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
