Orders & Products

Are your shirts true to size?
Yes! Our tees are printed on the Gildan 64000, known for its soft feel and modern fit. They run true to size — if you prefer a looser or oversized look, we recommend sizing up.

What material are the shirts made of?
The Gildan 64000 is made from 100% ringspun cotton for solid colors (heather colors contain a small percentage of polyester). They’re soft, lightweight, and made to last.

How are your shirts printed?
Each shirt is printed to order using high-quality, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for vibrant, durable designs that won’t crack or peel.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing jasmine@thisandthatbiz.com. After that, your order may already be in production and changes can’t be guaranteed.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days, and shipping usually takes 1–7 business days within the U.S.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment — we currently ship only within the United States.

Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
To get your items to you faster, we may print and ship them separately at no extra cost. 

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you covered! Email jasmine@thisandthatbiz.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Can I exchange for a different size?
We currently don’t offer free size exchanges.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other common payment methods supported at checkout.

When will I get my refund?
Once we approve your return or replacement request, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
